Uzo is an aniseed liquor produced in Greece. It is a strong liquor, with an alcohol content up to 40 %, which is produced from anise, fennel, coffee grains, coriander and other aromatic plants. Uzo has a soft and anise taste, with notes of mint and liquorice.
