Directions

For 1 person

Step 1

Take a shaker and vigorously mix the almond liqueur, dark rum, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, egg white and ice cubes for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Step 3

Add a romantic touch by placing 3 drops of Angostura on top and using a toothpick to draw little hearts in the mousse.
