Cut the pineapple, then remove the skin. Then cut it into quarters and remove the wood.
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the pineapple quarters, then sprinkle with the brown sugar.
Roast your pineapple for 10 minutes until the pineapple juice mixes with the butter and sugar to make a sauce.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
