Squeeze the apples to extract the juice or use a juicer.
Mix the juice with sugar and chamomile flowers in a saucepan.
Boil the mixture for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. To test the consistency of the jelly, place a few drops on a plate and let it cool.
Once the jelly has set, remove the scum and pour it into jars previously cleaned with boiling water.
Seal the jars tightly.
