Start by preheating a barbecue to high and grill the pineapple wedge for one minute on each side.
After that, let it cool. In a glass, mix the sake, aloe or pineapple juice, lime juice, and cane syrup.
Then add a few ice cubes and the lime wedges. Finally, garnish with the pineapple wedge and a sprig of Thai basil.
