Maury wine is a soft and powerful red wine produced in Roussillon (France), a wine region located in the south of France. It is produced from black Grenache grapes and is often aged in oak barrels, which gives it a woody taste and aromas of dried fruit and honey. Maury wine can be tasted alone as an aperitif or with cheeses, desserts or dishes in sauce.
