Peel the apples, removing the seeds, then cut them into quarters.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the apples and sprinkle them with brown sugar. Stir for a few minutes.
Remove the apples once caramelized.
In a hot pan, add lemon juice then pour it over the apples.
Let cool then enjoy.
