In a frying pan, brown the chopped onions in a little fat, then set aside.
In the pan, brown the cubed kidneys over high heat on each side for 3 minutes.
Add the onions and red wine and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
