Choose 4 big Paris mushrooms.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice your garlic and leek
Remove the feet from the mushrooms and chop them.
Brown your pine nuts and add garlic, leek, garlic, mushroom feet and nutmeg. Cook for 10 minutes. Add your pepper and chopped parsley.
Pour the garnish into the hat of each mushroom and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
