Cut the onion and chop the green onions.
Cut the carrot and the diced celery branch.
Heat the sesame oil and cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute.
Add the carrot and celery and cook for 1 minute.
Add the rice, salt, pepper and stir.
Pour the broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and honey then bring to a boil.
Add the green peas, cover and simmer for 18 minutes.
Add the coriander and stir.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
