Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut off the tops, hollow the zucchinis and finely chop the pulp.
Sauté onion, garlic and zucchini pulp in olive oil; add minced meat (or sausage), herbs, salt and pepper.
Fill the shells; top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese; drizzle a little oil.
Bake 45 minutes until tender and golden.
