Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the ham in from.
Heat the water with the chicken broth.
Brown the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil. Then add the rice and let it come back.
Add the white wine and let evaporate. Add a ladle of broth, wait until it evaporates and add to another. Proceed thus until the rice is cooked.
Then add the cream, parmesan, ham and mix.
Serve hot.
