Preheat the oven to 180°C

Add the remaining 15 grams of butter, milk, flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper, then simmer on medium heat for about 7 minutes
Add the grated cheese, mix well and wait for the preparation to cool
Melt a little butter in a pan, and place a buckwheat pancake
Place a slice of ham in the middle of the cake, and add 2 tablespoons of the garnish
Fold the sides of the cake, roll it and place it on a gratin dish
Repeat this same operation for other pancakes
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
