Cook the semi -full rice for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.
Cook the lenses for 12 minutes in salted water, then drain.
Wash the spinach, then make them leather for 5 minutes in olive oil. Add them to the lenses and sprinkle with curry and mix.
Place the rice on the plates. Add the curry, spinach and lenses. Pepper and decorate with chopped coriander.
Serve.
