Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until frothy. Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, and melted butter.
In another bowl, dilute the cappuccino with water and add the fresh cream.
Stir this coffee cream into the first mixture.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds, buttered if necessary, to 2/3 of their height.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
