Start preheating the oven to 200°C.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and eggs.
Add the zest and chopped almonds and stir.
Form into logs and bake for 15 minutes.
Dilute an egg yolk in a little milk.
Cut the logs into slices and brush them with egg yolk.
Bake again for 10 minutes.
