Pile the ice by turning it to the mixer.
Place the mint leaves at the bottom of each glass.
Cut the lemons into 6 quarters each, then distribute them in the glasses.
Pour the cane sugar syrup into the glasses.
Crush the lemon using the cocktail pestle.
Then add the crushed ice, rum and sparkling water. Mix everything with a spoon and serve with two straws.
