Soak a piece of sugar with a line of Angostura, place the sugar with the zest of an orange at the bottom of the glass, then crush until the sugar.
Fill the glass with ice cream, add 5 centilitres with whiskey and lengthen with sparkling water.
Decorate with an orange washer. Serve. Repeat the operation to prepare 3 cocktails.
