Clean and dry the lemons under water then cut them into thin slices.
Bring 30 cl of water to a boil, then add the sugar and wait until it has completely melted.
Then add the lemon slices and simmer for 10 minutes.
Let the lemon slices cool in water for 30 minutes.
Bring back to a boil and simmer for another 10 minutes and let cool. Repeat this process 3 times.
Remove your candied lemon slices from the pan, place them on baking paper and let them cool for several hours in the refrigerator.
