Preheat your oven to 200° then place baking paper on a baking tray.
Place the pine nuts on the baking sheet and toast them until lightly golden for 10 minutes.
Place the parsley leaves, toasted pine nuts and garlic in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
Add the parmesan, salt and olive oil and blend again for a few minutes.
Serve, it's ready.
