Chop the onion and carrots.
Peel and crush the tomatoes.
Pour the minced meat into a little olive oil and stir.
Add the minced onion, carrots, garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree and Provence herbs, salt and pepper.
Add water and simmer the Bolognese sauce for 30 minutes.
Serve.
