Ingredients

Garlic

Salt

Oregano
1 tbsp
Basil
2 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp

Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Heat the olive oil over medium heat, cook the onion for 3 minutes. And then add the garlic. Follow cooking for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add the white wine and simmer. Then add the tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar and herbs.

Step 3

Bring to a boil and simmer 40 minutes, stirring.

Step 4

Salt, pepper and serve.
