Separate the whites from the yolks, add the extra white to the other whites.
Butter a soufflé dish, then sprinkle it with sugar.
In a saucepan over the stove, combine 40g of sugar, cornstarch, and cold milk. Cook for a few minutes while whisking. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the butter, Grand Marnier, and egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff, then add the remaining 20g of sugar.
Add the egg white mixture to the cream mixture and mix.
Pour into the mold and bake for 25 minutes.
