Directions

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 210°C.

Mash the already cooked potatoes.

Step 3

In a bowl, add the cottage cheese, salt, and potatoes and mix.

Step 4

Mix the flour and butter to form a paste. Add this mixture to the potato.

Step 5

Shape into patties, spread the remaining butter on top.

Step 6

Divide the dough in half and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Brush the dough with egg yolk and bake for 40 minutes.
