Boil the broccoli in salted water for 6 minutes.
Brown the garlic and anchovy in oil, then remove the garlic.
Add the broccoli with a little water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat the breadcrumbs with a little oil for a few minutes.
Boil the broccoli cooking water and add the orecchiette pasta.
Stir the pasta into the broccoli mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
