Directions

Step 1

Peel and julienne firm green mango; soak 5 minutes in cold water; drain well.

Step 2

Mix lime juice with sugar, fish sauce (or soy for vegetarian) and sliced chili.

Step 3

Toss mango with dressing, chopped herbs and crushed peanuts.

Step 4

Chill 10 minutes and serve.
