Start by cleaning the radishes and finely chopping them, as well as the lettuce heart.
Rinse and drain the sprouted seeds.
Wash the apple, remove the core and seeds, then slice it into thin strips without peeling. To prevent them from turning brown, sprinkle them with lemon immediately.
Prepare the sauce by emulsifying the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper using a fork.
Mix all the ingredients, pour in the sauce, mix well and serve immediately.
