Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, wash them, then cut them into pieces on a cutting board

Step 2

After peeling the garlic cloves, cut them into large pieces

Step 3

Cut the peeled onion into cubes

Step 4

Chop the coriander

Step 5

Cut the lemon in half and press it to extract the juice

Step 6

In a saucepan, boil water and bring it

Step 7

Immerse the potatoes and garlic in boiling water for 20 minutes

Step 8

Using a colander, drain them well

Step 9

In a bowl, add the potatoes, olive oil, onion, lemon juice, curry, cumin and chopped coriander

Mix everything and season with salt and pepper
