Boil salted water.
Cook the garlic in olive oil, then add the tomato sauce and simmer.
Cook the Farfalle pasta in boiling water and drain the 2 minutes before the suggested cooking time.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and add a little cooking water. Sprinkle with parmesan and remove everything from the fire.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
