For 4 people
Cut the two ends of the lemons, then divide them in half. Remove the whitish heart before cutting the lemons into cubes.
Divide the cubes in the 4 glasses.
Add to each glass, 8 teaspoons of sugar, then crush the lemon with the cocktail pestle.
Fill each glass with pounded ice cubes, pour it cachaça.
Stir lightly, decorate with a lemon washer and a straw.
