Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the dough sheets in half, then cut triangles 6 cm base. At the base of each triangle, spread a little mustard and place the sausages on it.
Wet the tip of the triangles with a little water. Wrap each triangle of dough around the sausages. Sweat the edges by delicately pressing the tip. Then place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Coat the rollers with egg yolk mixed with water and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve.
