Wash and dry the strawberries. Investigate them then mix them.
Pour the strawberry juice into a saucepan, add 50 grams of sugar and heat until a broth appears. Then remove immediately.
Pass the Chinese coulis and press. Let cool.
Pour the coulis, yogurt, powdered milk and 25 grams of sugar then whip. Add the whole milk and continue to whisk.
Pour into pots then place them in the yogurt maker. Then activate the yogurt mode and leave 12 hours.
Before serving, leave the pots for a few hours in the refrigerator.
