Mix the starch, agar-agar, sugar and vanilla in milk.
Let shudder for 15 seconds.
Pour the almond puree into a bowl and pour the hot milk over it, then stir and let cool for 30 minutes.
Add the ferments and beat for 1 minute.
Pour into the yogurt pots in the yogurt maker for 8 hours.
Keep cool before serving.
