Wash and chop the okra. Clean and press the garlic, onion, and ginger.
Remove the skin and bones from the fish and peel the shrimp.
Clean the pre-cooked crabs.
Bring a glass of water to a boil.
Add the chopped okra and mix, then let it boil for 5 minutes before adding the shrimp and crabs.
Let it boil for another 5 minutes, then pour in the oil and let it simmer for 10 minutes before adding the smoked fish.
Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
