In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, baking powder and flour.
Add the bergamot juice and zest. Mix, then add three-quarters of the sachet of baking powder. Cover and let stand for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 220°C, fill your madeleine molds with the mixture after greasing them.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
