Place the lilac flowers in an airtight container with the milk and refrigerate overnight.
Once you have left the lilac flowers in the milk overnight, you need to pass the mixture through a sieve to collect the milk and separate the flowers.
Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water and let them sit.
Heat the cream and brown sugar in a saucepan until the mixture reaches a boil, then remove the pan from the heat.
Once the hot cream with sugar has boiled, add the drained gelatin to the saucepan and stir well to dissolve it completely. Then, add the milk to the lilac cream and stir everything until the mixture is smooth.
Fill the small glasses with the mixture and place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
