Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, beat an egg yolk with natural yogurt.
Add the vanilla, sugar and flour to the mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, beat an egg white with a pinch of salt.
Gently fold the egg white into the yogurt mixture.
Spread the mixture into individual ramekins. Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
