Start by chopping the garlic, then fry it in an oiled pan for 3 minutes.
Pour in the two cans of tomatoes and add the capers. Stir, then stir in the olives and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 25 minutes.
Cook your pasta, then add it to the pan and stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
