Prepare the salmon block and cut it into cubes.
In a saucepan, put the pasta to cook until they are aloven before draining and cooling them with clear water.
In an oiled non -stick pan, color the onions and add the salmon cubes. Reduce the fire.
Crumble the salmon, pour the crème fraîche and stir. Continue cooking between 5 and 10 minutes.
Season and sprinkle with a few strands of chopped chives.
Add the cold pasta, mix and serve when the pasta is hot.
