Clean the cime di rapa and cut them into pieces.
In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil and add the finely chopped anchovies, garlic, capers, onion and chili pepper.
Brown quickly over high heat, season lightly with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Add the cime di rapa two minutes before the end of cooking.
Drain the pasta and vegetables, reserving some of the cooking water.
Pour the pasta and vegetable mixture into the pan, add a little cooking water and heat for a few minutes.
Add the cheese and serve.
