Start by washing and peeling your vegetables, except for the zucchini.
Cut the carrot, cucumber and shallot into small cubes and brown them in a saucepan with olive oil.
Add grated garlic, chopped coriander and spices, then pour in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer for about ten minutes before adding between 1 and 1.5 liters of water. Bring everything to a boil and add your angel hair pasta.
Cook everything for about five minutes over low heat, according to the cooking time indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, prepare your mini plain meatballs.
At the end of cooking, add the mini meatballs and cook for two minutes. Turn off the heat and cover the pan.
Add a touch of fresh coriander on top and serve.
