Put the olive oil and brown the garlic and the pancetta cut into slices.
Let them cook for 10 minutes.
Salt boiling water and cook the spaghetti.
Whisk the egg yolks then add the parmesan, 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
Add salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and pancetta.
Serve.
