Take three pieces of dough and use them to cut out circles with a diameter corresponding to that of your tartlet molds. Then, place each circle of dough in a previously buttered and floured mold.
Start by infusing the licorice rolls in the cream over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, let the mixture cool and place it in the refrigerator to obtain a very cold cream, which will make it easier to whip into whipped cream later.
Once your cream is cool enough, whip it into peaks using a mixer. Once it's well whipped, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and then the mascarpone.
Once your licorice cream is ready, arrange it in the prepared tartlet bases. Then, add the previously rinsed strawberries on top of the cream. All that's left is to enjoy your dessert! Enjoy!
