Start by boiling a liter of water for the pasta.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and fry them in a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
Then add the pâté cut into small cubes.
As soon as the water boils, add the pasta to cook.
While the pasta is cooking, simmer the onion and pâté mixture with a little white wine to remove the fat.
Once the pasta is drained, add the mixture and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese.
