Directions

Step 1

Boil water in a saucepan, sit it and immerse the tagliatelle.

Step 2

In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for about thirty seconds.

Step 3

Add the cream, chives and mustard. Season.

Step 4

Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until it thickens.

Step 5

Incorporate the smoked salmon cut before pieces.

Step 6

Add the lemon juice and mix.

Step 7

Put the pasta on a service plate.

Step 8

Coat them with sauce and sprinkle with cheese and chives.
