Start with the oven at 180°C.
Mix the melted butter with the sugar, two whole eggs and two egg yolks.
Stir in the cream, flour, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Beat the remaining egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and place the grapes in it.
Bake for 45 minutes.
