Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Boil the gnocchi in salted water.
Cook the smoked bacon with butter for a few minutes.
Spread the smoked bacon in a dish, add the gnocchi.
Pour on the crème fraîche, then arrange slices of mozzarella and goat cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
