Start by preheating the oven to 210°C.
Cut the potatoes already cooked in water.
Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered dish.
Cut the Chaource into slices and arrange them on the potatoes.
Sprinkle them with chopped garlic and parsley, then season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cream over everything and bake for 40 minutes.
