Cut the onion, brown it in a frying pan with a little olive oil and add the bacon.
Cut the mushrooms and add them to the wealthy onions.
Slice the Chinese cabbage and put it in the pan.
Add the poultry broth cube diluted in hot water.
Salt, pepper and simmer, stirring from time to time for 10 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for 20 minutes, until absorbing the cooking juices.
Serve.
