Directions

Step 1

Boil the salt water, remove the extrimities from the cabbage and detail it in bouquets then drain.

Step 2

Immerse the cabbage in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes then drain it.

Step 3

Melt the butter and add the cabbage. Let brown a little then pour the cream.

Step 4

Reduce, salt and pepper.

Step 5

Mix and serve.
